Contact has helpline is for parents and carers in any part of the UK with a disabled child aged from birth to 25.
Your child can have any kind of disability or additional need, and you do not need to have a diagnosis.
9.30am-5pm, Monday-Friday, free from UK landlines and UK mobiles. You can also make an appointment for more detailed support.

Navigate from Scope
This national mentoring service provides online emotional support for parents and carers of disabled children who are finding out about their child’s additional needs. Navigate is a 6-week programme that puts you in touch with a personal adviser, who will help you to talk about your feelings and concerns.

RICHMOND BOROUGH MIND HELPLINE
The Richmond Borough Mind Helpline is a free confidential listening service for those experiencing feelings such as low mood, stress, anxiety, and loneliness. It's for anyone over the age of 18 years old living in Richmond seeking emotional support.
The Helpline offers the opportunity to:
• Talk to a volunteer who will listen with compassion and without judgement
• Advice on where to get further support (RB Mind is not a counselling service)
• Get information on where to access wellbeing services and who can help you deal with your current situation
• Get advice on self-help tools online and different therapies available
